A tasty treat made from certified organic ingredients. Sunflower Seed Puree from Eisbluemerl. DE-001-Eco-Control

This puree contains nothing other than 100% sunflower seeds and can be used as a spread or as the base for fine sauces or salad dressings. The creamy sunflower seed puree from Eisbluemerl is 100% organic, vegan, gluten-free and an ideal source for dietary fibre and protein as well as vitamins, magnesium and potassium. It can also be used for cooking and baking.

Only certified organic roasted sunflower seeds are used to make this fine puree. Since no emulsifiers are used, sunflower seed oil may settle on the top after standing for a while. Please just stir the sunflower seed puree until the desired consistency is reached.
