Red clover is one of the richest sources of isoflavones (phytoestrogens) in nature. Isoflavones are secondary plant ingredients contained in the fruits, leaves and roots of papilionaceae, among others different varieties of beans, soy, red clover, Dong quai and Angelica sinensis.
