Pure vegetable mix for about 16 falaffel. Try them crispy, extra spicy or extra Oriental.
Stir the falaffel mix in 250 ml of boiling water and let it sit for 15 minutes. Mix again and form teaspoon size balls with moist hands. Fry them golden-brown in hot oil from both sides.
