The organic Kamut® Flour from Probios was bred from ancient grain of wheat from Egypt, which has maintained its genetic origin and its high nutritional value in the course of time. An extremely tasty and easily digestible flour!
The sieved version is achieved by a partial separation of the bran. It is a flour with good properties when rising.
Suitable for the preparation of bread, crackers, rusk, breadsticks, pizza and pastries.
All flours from Probios are produced in a protective atmosphere to maintain the organoleptic properties unaltered over a long period.
