Usage: 3x daily at each meal 1/2 - 1 tablespoon - As a fiber drink:
Stir 1 / 2 or 1 tablespoon in a glass (250 ml) of water, juice, shake, smoothie, chocolate milk, tea or coffee.
- As Fibre Streusel:
Sprinkle 1 / 2 or 1 tablespoon in sauces, yoghurts, muesli, oats, desserts or on top of any meal.
- As flour without gluten,
with lots of fibre for bread, cakes, biscuits, snacks, etc. Important: Replace 10 to 15% of your traditional flour with coconut flour. This requires that you add the same amount of water. Your baked goods are more solid. Use a binder such as potato or cornstarch, agar agar or egg yolks.
