Product Description: Corn Leaven For Baking, Gluten-Free

Sekowa Corn Leaven, gluten-free is a product which loosens up dough and turns any grain or flour into tasty baked goods.

It is based on high quality blossom honey, organic peas and corn produced from spontaneous fermentation. Due to the existing nectar yeast and ferments in the honey the grains are solubilised in a special Sekowa way. Baked goods are especially tasty and light.
