Product Description: Calcium Magnesium Powder

Calcium and magnesium belong to the most important minerals of our body. They are complementary in their effects and so they form together, e.g., the basis for stability and structure in the bones.

This recipe is especially compatible and considers the proportion of both minerals which is ideal for the recommended daily intake (Ca to Mg 2:1).

Dosage:
Up to 3 times daily. Dissolve 2 level measuring spoons in a glass of water.

Composition:
1 level measuring spoon (approx. 1.6 g) corresponds 150 mg of calcium, corresponding to 19% of the generally recommended daily intake for calcium (RDA) and 75 mg of magnesium, corresponding to 25% of the generally recommended daily intake of magnesium (RDA).

6 level measuring spoons (about 9.6 g) (upper recommended intake), is equivalent to 900 mg calcium and 450 mg of magnesium.
