As one of the oldest natural fibers, linen has been used for years for textiles such as bed linen. It is particularly tear-resistant and has an unbeatable advantage. It is dirt-repellent, and almost unsusceptible to bacteria which makes it hygienic by nature. Linen tolerates higher washing and ironing temperatures very well - the pillow case should, however still be moist when ironing and drying in the dryer is not recommended.
