The use of pure organic ingredients, a natural brewing process and the fact that no colours, preservatives or flavor enhancers are used make this sauce unique.
The soy sauce may also be cooked: it retains its strong aroma even after being cooked for a longer time.
Due to production, small traces of wheat may be found in the soy sauce.
