Organic Spelt batter mix for waffles, which can be produced even without eggs and cow's milk.

Just add: either 150 ml of milk, 75 g soft butter and 1 egg, or 200 ml soy milk or rice milk, 75 g butter or margarine and 25 g soy meal.
The plant is also processing gluten-containing cereals, nuts, celery, sesame and soy.
