Baking mixes from BAUCK, one of the oldest Demeter farms in Germany, are exclusively made from organic ingredients. The grains are processed into various products in Bauck’s own mill. The bread mixes are also ideal for allergy sufferers, because they do not contain chicken eggs, lactose, added iodine or spices. The mixtures can be prepared in the oven or in a baking bread machine.
