Almond Florentine spread can be a sweet snack on a bread roll or baked to delicious Florentine cookies. For it, cut out cookies from the Florentine mass and place it on a baking tray. Dry at 120 degrees in fan oven (or at the top and bottom heat) for 1 hour.
