Product Description: Stevia Light +Erythritol
A blend of purest Rebaudioside A (the sweetest compound of the stevia leaf) and the natural substance Erythritol. The natural sugar alcohol erythritol is calorie-free. Stevia Light + E is very good for cooking and baking, since it is heat-resistant. It is also ideal as a table-top sweetener.

Produced from pure, concentrated Stevia It is 300 to 400 times sweeter than normal sugar and it's calorie-free. Products with a rebaudioside A content of up to 97% are especially sweet and have no bitter aftertaste. The rebaudioside A is derived from the stevia plant without chemical or enzymatic modification of the glycosides.
Erythritol is a natural sweetener which tastes very much like sugar. But it's 70 times sweeter than sugar! It is produced through fermentation, and in this quality it meets the requirements of the FCC and the European food additive criteria. Erythritol is also found in fruits and mushrooms, and many fermented foods, such as beer. The glycemic index is 0, it is not cariogenic and is perfect for diabetics since it does not affect insulin levels in the blood. It is heat-resistant up to 180° C, so it can be used very well in the kitchen for baked goods. It does not act as a laxative.

1 teaspoon of stevia SteSweet Light + E (0 calories) is equivalent to 50 grams of sugar (200 calories). A bottle contains 100 grams.

The dosage is the key: An overdose of Stevia products tends to taste bitter. That's why we recommend sticking to the dosage recommendations of the manufacturer.
