Grape seed flour is a rich source of antioxidants OPC, magnesium, calcium, iron and more than 50% roughage. May be used as a dietary supplement in beverages or as an additive for baking.

Among foods, grape seeds are the richest natural source of Oligomeric Procyanidinen (OPC), the secondary plant substances from the group of polyphenols.
