Our grape seed flour is produced through the gentle cold pressing of white and red grape seeds. Among foods, grape seeds are the richest natural source of Oligomeric Procyanidinen (OPC), the secondary plant substances from the group of polyphenols. OPC is considered to be an antioxidant-catcher, the so-called free radicals.
