Tigernut is slightly sweet and tastes like almonds. Whether eaten on its own, in muesli, yoghurt or with raw vegetables, it’s very tasty. Add to anything that requires ground almonds or nuts, especially cakes or breads. Gluten, hazelnut and almond-free.
