Which delivery service does PureNature use?
We always send your order with the quickest, cheapest and most reliable provider, depending on the purchase date, the on site service of the provider and the desired delivery time. We use the following service providers for shipping within UK: Royal Mail or DPD.
I work or am often not at home. How can my package be delivered?
If nobody is at home at the time of delivery, you'll receive a notification in the letterbox. You can then arrange for a second delivery. The driver will deliver up to 3 times.
If you are working or know you are not at home for the delivery, we can also send the package to a different address. Please enter the delivery address.
When can I expect my delivery?
Stocked items will be sent within 1 to 4 working days. Items that are not in stock will take a little longer. You will be notified.
I need the merchandise by tomorrow. Is that possible?
In case you need the merchandise very quickly we can send per Express. You will receive the package by 12:00 noon the next day. In order to take advantage of this service we ask that you contact our customer service UK toll free 0800 - 1217330. We can inform you if the product is available and what time your order can arrive.
Do you also send your products to my country?
We deliver to all destinations within Europe including the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe and the islands to flat rate calculated conditions. For the remaining destinations, transport costs are calculated by weight. Please ask us. You can find a list of destinations here.
Do I have to pay custom fees or import charges?
All customs and import fees are collected in the destination country and must be paid by the customer. This affects customers from Switzerland, Norway and all other countries outside the EU. We have no influence on these costs and we can offer no information about the amount of such charges. These fees vary from country to country, therefore it is advisable to inquire at customs prior to ordering.
Do you deliver to post office boxes?
No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
