As an allergy shop, we know exactly what it means to have to live with allergies and health restrictions. PureNature was created in 1996 due to the fact that Silvia Mueller, the sister of company founder Klaus Mueller, fell ill with MCS and severe allergies. Her suffering paved the way for a strong motivation to help others who are affected. Many of our employees are also personally affected by an allergy or have affected family members. We are constantly expanding our knowledge at medical conferences, trade shows and seminars. That's why we are competent partners for you when it comes to health and allergies. We pay attention to sustainable production and environmental friendliness. Also, we try to avoid long transportation routes if possible. 

Whether you are looking for special allergy products, such as allergen-free cosmetics, encasings, dietary foods, such as lactose or gluten-free foods, organic foods, nutritional supplements, a metal-free bed or environment-friendly products to renovate your home - we have it all! In order for us to keep up our standards, we test every allergy product before we offer it to you. And our standards are high! We also like to visit the manufacturers, to have a personal look at production and quality.

It's also important to us that you can enjoy your desired products for a long time – that's why we offer durable, high quality products which are often "Made in Germany". When it comes to allergy products and customer service we want to be trendsetters and offer you only the best. As an allergy shop we support self-help groups and work closely with health professionals and researchers. We even developed an allergy and tolerance filter in order to make the finding of compatible products for you as simple and quick as possible. This makes us unique!

We usually send your orders on the same day, but no later than the following day. If an item is not available from stock, it will be sent to you as quickly as possible. You always have 14 days to decide whether you like something or not. If not, just call us or send us an e-mail. Returns are of course free of charge.
